Attendance and Punctuality:
(a).
Students are required to attend all classes, both physical and virtual, and must notify their instructor and the Program Manager in advance if they are unable to attend.
(b).
Punctuality is mandatory; students must arrive on time for all scheduled classes and activities.

Absence Due to Illness:
(a).
Students must provide valid medical documentation to support absences due to illness.

Compliance with Instructions:
(a).
Students must follow instructions and directives given by instructors and administrative staff of the institution.

Reporting Issues:
(a).
Students must report any concerns or grievances to their instructor and the Program Manager. Self Resolution or inappropriate behaviour is not permitted.
(b).
Frivolous reports will also be penalised.

Unauthorised Business Activities:
(a).
Students are prohibited from engaging in business activities with Codar Tech Africa’s clients or in activities that may conflict with the institute’s interests especially within the institution’s premises.

Decorum:
(a).
Students must maintain decorum, quiet within the school premises and must not disturb the peace.

Confidentiality and Data Security:
(a).
Students must maintain confidentiality and not misuse any data or resources provided by Codar Tech Africa.
(b).
Any unauthorised digital or physical interference with Company property will be severely penalised.

Adherence to Class Schedules:
(a).
Students must adhere to the schedules for classes, including break times, and should not disrupt class with unauthorised activities.

Respect for Learning Environment:
(a).
Students should maintain cleanliness and order in both physical and virtual learning environments.
(b).
Smoking during classes or at Codar premises is extremely prohibited

Respect for Institution staff:
(a).
Students shall accord Instructors, the Program Manager and other members of staff with due respect, and with them, maintain utmost professionalism both within the Institution’s premises and through all virtual means of contact.

Respect for Peers:
(a).
Students must relate with their peers respectfully and maintain professionalism in interaction at all times. Comments and conducts and advances found to be disrespectful will NOT be tolerated.

Integrity in Assessments:
(a).
Students must not engage in any form of cheating, plagiarism, or falsification of academic records.

Professional Behaviour:
(a).
Students should maintain a professional demeanour at all times, refraining from inappropriate conduct or language.

Use of Personal Devices:
(a).
Students should limit the use of personal devices for nonacademic purposes during class times. All devices must be silenced during classes.

Social Media Conduct:
(a).
Students must use social media responsibly and not post or share content that could harm the reputation of Codar Tech Africa or its community.

Romantic Relationships:
(a).
Students must avoid inordinate public displays of romance within the institution and maintain professionalism in interactions with peers.

Respect for Property:
(a).
Students must not damage or remove institute property without proper authorization.

Financial Integrity:
(a).
Students are expected to handle any financial transactions related to the institute responsibly and transparently.
(b).
Students should send payments to authorised quarters only or ask direction from the Program Manager when confused about same.

Engagement in Personal Activities:
(a).
During class hours, students are expected to focus on their studies and avoid engaging in personal activities that may disrupt their learning or the learning of others.

Violations of the Student Code of Conduct may result in one or more of the following penalties:

Written Warning/Verbal Warning:
A formal notice stating the misconduct and outlining the consequences of future violations.

Counselling or Training:
Students may be required to attend counselling sessions or additional training to address behavioural issues.

Suspension:
Temporary removal from classes and institute activities. Could be physical or virtual or both.

Expulsion:
Permanent removal from Codar Tech Africa, with the student barred from all institute activities.

Loss of Privileges:
Suspension of access to certain facilities, resources, or activities.

Restitution:
Payment for damages or loss caused by the student's actions.
-
Legal Action:
The Institution may institute Civil or Criminal actions against serious offenders.
